Requirements: You need a group of level 30ies who all have access to CoP and the Promyvions access quest done. The better balanced the group is the faster you will get ahead.

Go to Promyvion Holla to the third floor. All mobs you encounter there are IT and VT. Start pulling from a safe spot and keep going. You are all still lvl 30 there, but without the cap you level up. This means you do not need to buy lvl 40, 50 and 60 armor/weapons. The mobs give nice experience and drops aren’t that bad.

This is especially usefull when you have troubles joining groups because of the lack of funds for decent equipment. Of course this results in some skill problems which take a while to solve later on. In any case it’s an easy and reliable way to get a lvl 75 character.
