If you go to Babiki Bay there is a fishing guild there that is very rarely used. On average at any other place to buy Cobalt Jellyfish you will pay 140-300 Gil each. At Babiki Bay they are a fraction of the price – 25-34 Gil from my experience. The shall shells anywhere else run from 4.5k- 6.5k gil each and in Babiki Bay they run from 1.2k -1.8 at most
